Requirements Fondamentali/Must have Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business or Behavioral Sciences, or related field; Consolidated HR experience as HR Director and/or Manager in an international environment; Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); Broad cross-cultural experience and proven ability to interact across different types of cultures, work, complexities, business situations and matrix partners. Previous demonstrated experience interacting with business leaders Preferenziali/Nice to have Knowledge of Zucchetti software. Compensation Package The compensation package offers a competitive base salary ranging between 90,000 and 100,000 annual gross, complemented by a performance-based bonus.The role is positioned at a managerial level, with potential for promotion to a higher executive position after a year, contingent on performance, or it is already at an executive level.
