Brand Manager

Our client, leader in the food industry, is looking for a Brand Manager.

Main activities

 

  • Manage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.
  • Develop long-term innovation plans:
    • Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline.
    • Define business cases to support innovation projects.
    • Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats.
    • Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country.
    • Develop packaging.
  • Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
  • Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.

 

Requirements

 

  • 4/5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
