Project Manager for Training and Digital Innovation

Ensure strategic, organizational, and financial coordination of the project and the training platform, supporting the Presidency and governance bodies in the development, promotion, and evolution of services.

Main activities

  • Coordinate the overall management of the project, ensuring coordination between the Presidency, Management Board, internal staff, and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of suppliers, consultants, and partners involved in the initiative;
  • Prepare documentation, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes and strategic governance directions;
  • Develop project proposals and development strategies for the technological and content evolution of the training platform;
  • Monitor the overall project budget and oversee management costs, ensuring their economic sustainability;
  • Coordinate, organize, and develop internal resources and external consultants, supporting staff selection, onboarding, and training processes;
  • Maintain relationships with institutions, organizations, associations, and key stakeholders for the development of project activities;
  • Plan and supervise events, webinars, workshops, and communication and promotion initiatives for the platform and the system actions required by industry regulations.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Knowledge of the professional and continuing education sector;
  • Experience developing or managing digital platforms for training and e-learning
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding vocational training and apprenticeships;
  • Experience organizing events, webinars, and outreach initiatives aimed at businesses and stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage institutional relations with employers' associations, trade unions, public bodies and institutions;
  • Consolidated experience in coordinating complex projects, with operational, organizational, and financial management responsibilities;
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams: external consultants, suppliers and institutional stakeholders;
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, budgeting, and management documentation skills.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience gained at Interprofessional Funds, similar bodies or organizations;
  • Familiarity with the main sectors of national bargaining with the related training needs;
  • Possession of a professional network useful for developing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
