IT MANAGER

• Lead IT operations within the assigned domain, including Microsoft, Active Directory, Exchange, ERP, and other business applications, ensuring strategic alignment, security, and business support;
• Drive digital transformation and innovation, collaborating with executives and IT providers to modernize applications, enhance security, and meet business objectives;
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards (GDPR, SOX, NIS 2, ISO 270XX), while managing IT strategy, budget, and operational efficiency;
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen methodology to enhance operational efficiency and process optimization

Fondamentali/Must have

• Master's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or equivalent;
• Experience in managing teams across Europe, with the ability to effectively oversee IT operations in multiple international locations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and seamless coordination between dislocated sites
• Experience in information system and technology administration, with increasing levels of responsibility throughout and an interest in continuous growth within the IT area.
• Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals;
• Strong proficiency in english;
• Sap knowledge.

• Background in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.

• 10% variable bonus;
• Hybrid working.

Permanent contract with a gross annual salary of 100.000€ and 110.000 €. Please note that the final offer will be based on actual experience and competencies.
