Plant Manager

• Ensure the achievement of the plant's performance objectives in terms of productivity, quality, service, safety and economic efficiency;
• Ensure integrated coordination of Operations functions, with direct responsibility for Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality and HSE;
• Lead and develop an organization composed of operational staff, team leaders and support functions, promoting accountability, collaboration and a culture of results;
• Oversee plant activities with a constant presence in the field, ensuring efficiency, timely decision-making, and operational continuity, monitoring key industrial KPIs;
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external partners involved in technical and service activities, ensuring performance and compliance with company standards;
• Support the site's growth and development plans through the appropriate sizing of resources and management of the assigned operating budget.

Essentials/Must have

• Proven experience managing multi-shift production facilities with high standards of quality, safety, and procedural compliance. Considerable experience in production management positions with exposure to other operational roles will also be considered.
• Background gained in structured industrial contexts belonging to the chemical, food, pharmaceutical sectors;
• Comprehensive view of plant dynamics, with direct experience in the integrated coordination of production, logistics, warehousing, maintenance, technical services, and external suppliers;
• Proven ability to monitor and improve operational performance through the management of industrial KPIs, plant costs, and organizational processes;
• Authoritative leadership and experience in managing operational staff and coordination figures;
• Pragmatic approach and constant presence in the field, with the ability to combine managerial vision and operational oversight of daily activities;
• Good knowledge of English, suitable for working in a multinational context.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Degree in technical-engineering disciplines;
• Good knowledge and ability to use SAP management software;
• Previous experience in multinational organizations.
