Indirect Purchasing Manager

• Manage the purchasing process of goods for the management offices;
• Research, qualify, and develop new suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and economic competitiveness;
• Conduct negotiations aimed at optimizing the total cost of purchase;
• Ensure continuity and proper management of supplies;
• Define and implement purchasing procedures and standards oriented towards transparency and traceability,
• Gradually introduce tender-based supplier selection for services;
• Analyze spending data, product categories, and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities;
• Interact with various company functions to gather needs and support purchasing decisions.

Essentials/Must have

• Consolidated experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Indirect Purchasing roles;
• Coming from medium-sized companies;
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills;
• Strong ability to analyze purchasing KPIs;
• Organized, results-oriented and continuous improvement approach.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics;
• Familiarity with tendering procedures, bidding, and supplier qualification systems;
• Experience building or reorganizing a purchasing function.

Permanent contract as a Manager with a salary range of €50,000 - €60,000 + MBO.
