PURCHASING MANAGER / SENIOR BUYER - Facility Management

• Coordinate and organize the work of the Purchasing team, defining priorities, activities and workloads;
• Manage the purchases of materials, equipment, components, services and supplies necessary to manage orders;
• Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and research, select, and qualify new suppliers, expanding and consolidating the supplier base;
• Conduct commercial negotiations and negotiate prices, supply conditions, delivery times and contractual terms;
• Manage framework agreements and commercial conditions with key suppliers;
• Oversee purchases relating to plant, electrical, mechanical, and construction maintenance services, as well as technical and specialist services;
• Monitor costs, schedules, quality, and performance of suppliers and subcontractors, track spending trends, and prepare analyses and reports to support business decisions;
• Identify opportunities for savings and purchasing efficiency, maintaining an appropriate balance between cost, quality, and service continuity.

Essentials/Must have

• At least 7-10 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, in companies in the Facility sector

  Management, Multi-service, Maintenance, Plant Engineering or General Contractor;

• Experience in managing service and maintenance suppliers, materials, components

  technology and equipment, as well as spare parts and supplies for systems, technical and specialist services;

• Concrete knowledge of the supplier market and the purchasing dynamics specific to the sector

  maintenance and facility management

• Strong negotiation and deal management skills;

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of contractual and administrative aspects relating to supplies, procurement and subcontracting;

• Cost analysis skills and good command of Excel;

• Experience in coordinating resources;

• Ability to work closely with technical and operational stakeholders;

• Method, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;

• Results-oriented and pragmatic approach.

Company car

Compensation commensurate with experience, with a salary ranging from €55,000 to €75,000, and a company car as a benefit.
