Plant Operations Management: Coordinates daily operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, safety, timelines, and efficiency targets.
Production planning and coordination: Collaborates in defining production schedules, verifying their feasibility based on production capacity, available resources, technical constraints, and commercial priorities. Monitors progress, operational sequences, volumes, processing times, and proper resource allocation.
Quality Management: Coordinates the Quality area, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards and customer requirements. Supervises HACCP, audits, non-compliance, corrective actions, traceability, complaints, and quality indicators, ensuring full integration between production needs and food safety requirements.
Technical Office and Maintenance Coordination: Coordinates the Technical Office and maintenance activities, ensuring system availability, efficiency, and reliability. Defines intervention priorities and contributes to the evaluation of industrial investments and system improvements.
Continuous improvement and industrial efficiency: Identify waste, bottlenecks, and operational issues, proposing sustainable and measurable corrective actions. Promote interventions on processes, layout, flows, lead times, productivity, yields, scrap, downtime, and execution quality.
Coordination of operational logistics: Coordinates logistics flows related to production, including internal procurement, handling, storage, shipping, and priority management. Ensures integration between production requirements, material availability, warehouse capacity, and delivery schedules.
People management and organizational oversight: Coordinates operational resources, department heads, and key figures across the various production areas. Sets priorities, assigns operational responsibilities, and supports the development of middle managers in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
Industrial Relations and Internal Discussion: Participates, within the scope of her responsibilities, in the management of industrial relations and discussions with employee representatives. She contributes to the management of issues related to work organization, shifts, schedules, flexibility, productivity, safety, and operating conditions, with a firm, balanced, and constructive approach.
