Estimator Engineer for Tenders | Facility Management

• Analyze tender notices and documentation, evaluating their technical, economic, organizational aspects and award criteria;

• Design and draft technical, management and financial offers for maintenance and facility management services;

• Define the organizational and operational model of the services, sizing resources, manpower, means, equipment and management systems;

• Develop the design of services and delivery methods for the contracts subject to tender;

• Conduct economic analyses and sustainability assessments of the offering, with particular attention to labor costs;

• Develop improvement proposals and innovative solutions aimed at maximizing the technical score

• Manage complex offers, including RTI, and subsequent offer verification, confirmation and justification activities

Essentials/Must have

• Many years of experience in designing offers and tenders in the field

  Facility Management;

• Consolidated experience in preparing offers for complex services

  maintenance and Hard Facility;

• Knowledge of public tender procedures and ability to translate the requirements of the

  client in concrete organizational and operational projects.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Construction, Management, Energy or Environmental Engineering;
• Alternatively, a technical diploma as a surveyor or expert with significant experience in the sector;
• Knowledge of the Procurement Code and the regulations relating to public tenders;
• Skills in sizing resources, services and manpower needs;
• Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders and managing complex projects;
• Certifications or skills in the energy sector;
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
• Availability for short trips within the country
