Responsible for association life

• Collaborate with Management in defining association development and growth strategies;
• Ensure an integrated and coherent membership experience, promoting interoperability between the various organizational areas;
• Lead and develop the assigned team, promoting integration, professional growth and organizational change;
• Contribute actively to relations with institutional stakeholders, trade associations, and local networks;
• Promote initiatives aimed at spreading entrepreneurial culture, innovation, and generational turnover;
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of member networking, training, and engagement activities;
• Monitor data, trends, feedback, and performance indicators to improve the member experience

Essentials/Must have

• Consolidated experience in managing institutional, associative and complex stakeholder relations;
• Proven experience in managing and developing multidisciplinary teams;
• Ability to define strategies and translate them into results-oriented operational plans.
• Ability to manage complex projects in well-organized and structured structures, according to standard processes and agile logic.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Credible and consolidated leadership, good team-building skills, a clear and comprehensive vision of the needs expressed by the associated companies and a right ambition are important, driving organizational and personal growth.
