NATIONAL CUSTOMS MANAGER

• Monitor and ensure the correct application of Italian and European customs regulations.
• Manage and supervise Customs Compliance and Customs Valuation issues, providing specialized support in the most complex cases.
• Coordinate the operational and organizational activities typical of a Customs Broker.
• Define, implement, and improve customs procedures and processes, promoting high standards of efficiency and compliance.
• Manage relationships with the Customs and Monopolies Agency, coordinating audits, inspections, and verifications.
• Collaborate with Company Management and with the heads of the various functions to support business needs.
• Lead, develop, and enhance the Customs team, fostering the professional growth of resources.
• Supporting business development through a consultative approach, understanding client needs and translating them into operational and strategic customs solutions.

Essentials/Must have

• Consolidated experience in roles of responsibility in the customs sector.
• In-depth knowledge of national and EU customs regulations.
• Ability to manage relationships with the Customs Agency and follow customs audits and inspections.
• Proven experience in team coordination and resource management.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, including relevant bodies and authorities.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Permanent, full-time employment, CCNL Commerce manager level, with gross salary range between 45,000 and 55,000 euros.
