HR Business Partner - Talent and Development

Main activities

This role, part of the Corporate HR function and reporting to the Group HR Director and with frequent functional relationships with both the CEO and COO, will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Soft HR processes to support business needs, with a particular but not exclusive focus on INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS and the Italian blue-collar population.
  • Support management in defining Talent Acquisition, Retention and Development strategies.
  • Design, review and implement Employer Branding processes and tools.
  • Manage the entire Recruiting & Onboarding cycle for the Italian population.
  • Design and develop performance management processes, development plans and career paths.
  • Define and implement management training and skills development programs.
  • Coordinate training needs analysis and intervention planning activities.
  • Support employee engagement , organizational climate, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations managers and other company functions in managing organizational and people development needs.
  • Contribute to organizational transformation and change management projects.
  • Interact with HR representatives from foreign offices to share practices, initiatives, and joint projects.

The position operates on a perimeter of over 800 collaborators in Italy , representing one of the main HR references for the business.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in humanities, economics, law, psychology or similar disciplines.
  • Consolidated experience in HR Business Partner or Talent & Organization roles within structured INDUSTRIAL contexts (metalworking - manufacturing sector).
  • Experience in designing and implementing Soft HR processes
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
  • Familiarity with manufacturing contexts characterized by a significant blue-collar population .
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and organizational influencing skills.
  • Strong autonomy, pragmatism and results orientation.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in multinational companies or industrial groups with entrepreneurial governance.
  • Experience in change management projects.
  • Knowledge of people analytics and digital HR tools.
  • Master's or specialized courses in HR, organization or people development

Compensation Package

  • Managerial Level, Base salary of approximately €70,000, complemented by a dedicated MBO plan.
