Senior Finance Analyst

• Collaborate on monthly closings and forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring the correct accounting of costs, revenues, accruals, and deferrals, in coordination with the Finance Director;
• Monitor the income statement and balance sheet, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with Group reporting deadlines;
• Support tax and administrative compliance, overseeing VAT returns, tax compliance, and the accuracy of management and statutory financial statements;
• Act as the business's financial partner, supporting department heads in analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Provide periodic analysis and reporting on sales, purchases, costs, and margins, developing reporting tools useful for the decision-making process;
• Monitor logistics and procurement costs, collaborating with operations and sales teams to identify cost reduction and profitability optimization actions;
• Ensure compliance with governance, internal control, and audit procedures, while also participating in cross-functional projects and organizational improvement initiatives at Group level.

Essentials/Must have

• Many years of experience in the role gained in the industrial sector and in structured and multinational contexts;
• Accounting-financial background and/or equivalent degree in economics or finance;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting and national accounting regulations;
• Ability to manage relationships with department heads of an international group.

• The selected person will be classified as an employee with a gross salary of around 45,000 euros.
