Main activities

  • Analysis of economic and business data for the construction sector and preparation of reports, studies, analyses, and in-depth documents for the Presidency and Management;
  • Support in defining technical and economic content for public interventions, institutional meetings, and association activities, and conducting feasibility studies and economic impact analyses;
  • Management and coordination of relationships with the association, Confindustria, research institutions, universities, and institutional stakeholders;
  • Organizational and documentary support for the Study Center Commission;
  • Follow technological and regulatory developments in the construction sector, focusing on digitalization, BIM, sustainability, energy efficiency, and process innovation;
  • Develop in-depth analyses and documentation to support the Technology and Innovation Commission and the relevant national guidelines;
  • Promote the dissemination of knowledge and innovative best practices among member companies;
  • Manage calls, minutes, reporting, and support for the Group's institutional meetings;
  • Collaborate in the planning and implementation of events, initiatives, and projects to enhance the youth component of the association;
  • Maintain relationships with the national network and with institutional and academic interlocutors.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Culture at the Graduate Level;
  • Professional experience preferably gained in trade associations, research centers, consulting firms, research institutions or similar contexts;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools;
  • Interest in economic and institutional issues and in the construction sector;
  • Analytical skills and a rigorous methodological approach.

  • Accuracy, reliability and confidentiality;
  • Organizational autonomy and results orientation;
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills;
  • Ability to work on projects and manage multiple deadlines;
  • Interest in the topics of innovation and associative development.

Compensation Package

The hiring conditions include direct employment with a gross annual salary (RAL) estimated at approximately €40,000-€45,000.
