The resource will support affiliated retailers in developing purchasing, optimizing supply conditions, and leveraging commercial agreements, collaborating with Area Managers and Purchasing.

Main activities

  • To be the point of reference for retailers in the Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Tri-Veneto and Switzerland areas, for all matters relating to purchasing.
  • Assist Area Managers in visits to dealerships
  • Analyze local purchasing processes and habits to identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct business negotiations with suppliers and outlets
  • Increase volumes managed through national and local agreements
  • Conduct market benchmarking and price analysis
  • Collaborate with the local sales force and supplier partners
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • Diploma/Degree
  • +3 years of experience as a Buyer or Branch Manager at structured building retailers
  • In-depth knowledge of the products and dynamics of the construction market
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform economic analysis and prepare reports
  • Availability to travel frequently within the area
