Main activities
· Support the management and development team of the international supplier portfolio for the assigned product categories
· Support for commercial negotiation activities aimed at obtaining the best economic, qualitative and service conditions
· Support in identifying new international sourcing opportunities and monitoring the evolution of reference markets
· Participation in European meetings and working groups for the definition of joint agreements, programs and projects
· Analysis of market data, consumer trends and category performance to support purchasing decisions
· Monitoring compliance with contractual agreements and supplier performance in terms of quality, prices and service levels
· Support for the optimization of purchasing processes and the continuous improvement of international procurement practices

Requirements
Essentials/Must have:
- Master's Degree in Economics, International Trade, International Relations or related disciplines
- Previous experience in foreign procurement, even just a couple of years, preferably gained in structured corporate environments in the retail-mass consumption, food or distribution of goods and services sectors
- Familiarity with purchasing processes, economic analysis and business partnership management
- Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of the French language is a preferential requirement
- Availability to travel internationally
Preferential/Nice to have
- Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel
- Ability to interpret data, KPIs and commercial performance indicators
- A Master's degree in Procurement, Purchasing, International Business or related fields will be considered an advantage.
- A willingness to learn, flexibility, and intellectual curiosity
- Negotiation, mediation and diplomacy skills
- Results orientation and ability to work towards objectives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity, organizational autonomy and initiative.

Compensation Package
National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce, permanent contract, variable compensation.
The indicative salary range is €40-45,000 and may vary depending on actual seniority.
