The resource, placed within the purchasing office, will work to support the organization in managing procurement and administrative obligations, collaborating with the various company functions.

Main activities

  • Management of purchases of raw materials and indirect materials including the activity of
    negotiation with suppliers;
  • Entering, managing and monitoring orders through the company management system;
  • Research, selection and evaluation of new suppliers;
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring of market price trends;
  • Control of warehouse stocks and monitoring of supply times;
  • Purchasing planning based on production needs and availability
    warehouse;
  • Verification of compliance with delivery deadlines and management of any critical issues;
  • Analysis of price changes and evaluation of new products on the market;
  • Operational coordination with the Production, Warehouse, Administration and
    Commercial.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in economics or management engineering;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience gained within a purchasing office and familiarity with administrative matters;
  • Solid knowledge of IT tools and the Office package;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (C1/C2);
  • Strong organizational, planning and priority management skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate across functions.

Compensation Package

The conditions for inclusion include direct hiring with a classification at the level of
3rd level with a gross annual salary (RAL) approximately estimated in a range of €40,000/50,000.
