IT Manager

The Resource will have a strategic and operational role in defining and implementing the company's technology roadmap, guiding innovation and digitalization processes to support the organization's growth and competitiveness objectives.

Main activities

  • Define and develop the company's IT strategy in line with industrial and production objectives;
  • Lead the project to evolve and replace the current company management system;
  • Analyze, select, and implement ERP, MES, MRP solutions, and digital tools dedicated to manufacturing;
  • Introduce systems for collecting, analyzing, and enhancing company and production data;
  • Evaluate and develop AI-oriented applications to support production efficiency, data monitoring, and process optimization;
  • Structure IT processes, procedures, and governance;
  • Implement ticketing tools and support for internal users;
  • Coordinate external suppliers, software houses and technology partners;
  • Gradually define the organizational structure of the IT area, participating in the selection and inclusion of future team resources;
  • Ensure infrastructure business continuity and support for business users;
  • Act as an internal point of reference for all digital transformation projects.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification;
  • Consolidated experience in IT roles in structured manufacturing companies;
  • Knowledge of industrial production processes and related information systems;
  • Experience in implementing or migrating ERP and management systems;
  • Pragmatic, operational and construction-oriented approach;
  • Ability to move both at a strategic and hands-on level;
  • Experience in industrial contexts characterized by strong production customization;
  • Experience in creating or reorganizing corporate IT functions.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MES/MRP solutions and business intelligence/data analysis tools;
  • Interest and sensitivity towards Artificial Intelligence topics applied to manufacturing.

Compensation Package

The conditions of employment include direct hiring, with a gross annual salary (RAL) estimated to range from €70,000 to €85,000.
