Labor Consultant

• Employment law consultancy for client companies
• Management and supervision of administrative practices relating to employment relationships
• Support for companies in managing hiring, transformations and terminations
• Supervision of personnel administration and payroll activities
• Management of relationships with social security and insurance institutions
• Supporting clients in the correct application of labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements
• Support and assistance to the consulting team and staff
• Interface with business figures, HR managers and administrative offices
• Participation in business organization and human resources management projects

Essentials/Must have

• Qualification to practice the profession of Labour Consultant
• Proven experience in employment consultancy
• Solid knowledge of employment law and administrative requirements
• Experience in managing corporate clients
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of the English language
  
  

Collaboration can be regulated through a VAT number with annual compensation starting from €65-70,000, depending on the candidate's experience and skills, or through an employment contract with a remuneration package commensurate with the identified profile.
