Main activities
- Carry out inspection, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of lifeboats, rescue boats and davits.
- Carry out tests, load tests and functional checks according to SOLAS regulations and manufacturers' requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and intervention documentation.
- Operate on merchant, military, offshore vessels and port facilities.
- Interact with customers, inspectors and classification societies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory safety standards.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Technical diploma (mechanical, electromechanical, nautical or equivalent).
- Experience in the naval, industrial, or security equipment sectors.
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electrical engineering.
- Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Driving licence category B.
- Ability to work in a team and operate independently.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Specific experience on lifeboats, davits and LSA systems.
- Technical certifications issued by the main manufacturers in the sector.
- Experience in maritime or offshore preferred

Compensation Package
We offer an initial fixed-term contract, with the prospect of a permanent position. Gross annual salary will be approximately €40,000, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and seniority.
