Main activities
· Planning and optimization of means of transport;
· Management of relationships with transporters, drivers and owner-operators;
· Coordination with customers, suppliers and railway companies;
· Preparation and control of operational and administrative documentation;
· Monitoring shipments and managing any operational issues.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
Experience gained in logistics and/or shipping offices of modernly organised companies
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
Dynamism, flexibility and a strong problem-solving orientation;
Good familiarity with IT tools and management software
Availability to be reached by telephone;
Good knowledge of the German language
Good knowledge of English
