Main activities
• Manage reward processes, including remuneration policies, long and short term incentives;
• Coordinate the salary review for the Southern Europe perimeter, ensuring structured numerical analyses;
• Collaborate with the international reward network, stimulating comparison and alignment on processes
global;
• Integrate and harmonize HR processes between the different countries of the cluster;
• Make advanced use of Excel and Workday for analysis, reporting and management of compensation processes;
• Support internal compliance activities, group audits and US SOX audits;
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Partners and central functions for the evolution of HR processes;
• Contribute to the development of more structured and scalable analysis methodologies.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
Degree and/or specialization in Human Resources
Experience in multinational production environments with international exposure;
Solid skills in rewards and compensation process management;
Excellent command of the English language
Preferential/Nice to have

Benefits
The position includes restaurant vouchers worth 8 euros per day.
A welfare plan worth 500 euros per year and the possibility of working remotely for 2 days a week are also provided.

Compensation Package
The position is a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of between €50,000 and €60,000.
