Product Graphic Designer

• Use technical and creative skills to develop graphic and visual projects.
• Work on various types of projects such as logos, branding materials and presentations, digital ads, brochures, packaging/product kits and more;
• Create high-fidelity concepts and designs that effectively communicate design intent;
• Work with images and illustrations to edit, retouch, create renderings or 3D visualizations in line with marketing requirements;
• Follow the industrial implementation, interacting with all internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the best compatibility and performance of the packaging system;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing projects.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Design, Graphics or related field, with several years of experience in the role;
• Knowledge of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro) and the ability to work methodically on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
• Solid technical knowledge of printing techniques and materials (paper, colors, hot stamping films).

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in proposing materials for POS (Point of Sale) and visual merchandising;
• Creativity, innovation, flexibility, ability to work in a team, critical thinking and strong attention to detail;
• Strong sensitivity towards the beauty and luxury sector;
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining concentration and a positive attitude even during periods of intense workload;
• Proficiency in using video editing and 3D rendering software;
• Understanding and enthusiasm for integrating AI into the creative workflow.

Permanent contract with a gross salary of €40,000.
