• Full responsibility for the income statement
• Management of commercial, technical, operational and administrative company functions
• Definition, in agreement with the Parent Company, of the strategic development plan
• Autonomous implementation of the strategic plan

Essentials/Must have

• Ability to relate to both an international group and SME companies
• Proven experience in revenue and profit and loss accountability
• Proven commercial experience in growth projects
• Ability to coordinate both commercial and technical teams
• Experience in both public and private tender/commissioning processes
• Experience in managing specification writers: architectural firms, engineers and design studios
• Experience in various distribution channels of technical materials
• Good knowledge of the English language

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience gained in the construction, infrastructure, technical products for construction and industrial solutions for civil works sectors
• Knowledge of tender and contract dynamics and exposure to public and private procurement of logistics or airport infrastructure
• Knowledge of the German language

RAL. €120,000 / €140,000
