Inside Sales

The Resource will support the sales team, with responsibility for managing offers, orders, and overseeing customer contact activities, including international ones.

Main activities

  • Management of the entire commercial offer development process, from customer requests to technical and financial proposals;
  • Entering, monitoring and following up on customer orders;
  • Operational support for the sales network and constant interface with Italian and foreign customers;
  • Business development and relationship management activities with assigned customer portfolio;
  • Coordination with internal functions (production, logistics, administration) to ensure the correct progress of orders;
  • CRM update and business reporting;
  • Participation in international trade fairs and events, with availability to travel abroad.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Culture at the Graduate Level;
  • Previous experience in Inside Sales / Back Office Foreign Commercial roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (fluent level, both written and spoken - level C1);
  • Familiarity with offer and order management processes in manufacturing contexts;
  • Good command of the main IT and CRM tools;
  • Availability to travel internationally for trade fairs and events.

  • Ability to work in a team and proactive approach;
  • Flexibility and openness to dynamic and international environments.

Compensation Package

The conditions of inclusion include direct hiring with a 3rd level classification with a gross annual salary ( RAL ) estimated in a range of 40,000/ 50,000 .
