This interview will aim to assess, based on criteria preliminarily defined by the commission, the candidate's possession of the skills required by this announcement and his/her fit with the organizational context.

At the end of the interview, a maximum score of 30 (thirty) points will be awarded, with 21 (twenty-one) being the minimum for eligibility.

For candidates deemed suitable at the final interview, this score will be added to the scores from the CV assessment and the selection interview to create the final ranking out of 90.

In the event of a tie in final scores, the ranking will be determined by applying the preferential qualifications referred to in Article 5 of Presidential Decree 487/1994, in the order specified therein. In the event of a further tie, preference will be given to the younger candidate, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 7, of Law 127/1997.
