Accommodation Facility Manager

• Manage the facility and its departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B);
• Monitor P&L, budget, operating costs and margins;
• Coordinate seasonal staff: selection, planning, training;
• Ensure high standards of service and customer experience management;
• Coordinate maintenance and safety of the facility;
• Develop relationships with local partners and support business activities.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience in managing hospitality facilities (campings, resorts, villages or hotels);
• Economic control skills (revenue, budgeting, P&L, cost management);
• Excellent English.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of German;
• Experience in F&B;
• Transversal operational management skills (operations + commercial);
• Experience with international clients (Northern Europe);
• Lean approach and KPI orientation.

Accommodation.

Compensation commensurate with experience, approximately within the range of €45-55,000 gross/year + bonus.

A prestigious international group in the services sector, developing in the Italian market with a network of offices distributed throughout the country.
