Supply Chain Manager

• Coordinate and optimize supply chain processes with an end-to-end vision: procurement, production planning, internal logistics, warehousing and distribution;
• Ensure the efficiency of logistics and production flows by monitoring KPIs and operational performance;
• Manage and optimize warehouse, material handling, and storage activities;
• Supervise production planning in relation to demand, production capacity and material availability;
• Lead continuous improvement projects in Lean Manufacturing, logistics, and flow organization;
• Coordinate the relevant operational team, ensuring supervision, resource development, and achievement of objectives;
• Collaborate with various company functions to ensure operational continuity and compliance with delivery deadlines.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related technical-engineering disciplines;
• Consolidated experience in managerial roles in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations within industrial manufacturing companies;
• Experience in resource management and team coordination;
• Knowledge of industrial production processes, planning and management of logistics flows;
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/WMS systems and data analysis tools;
• Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Approach oriented towards continuous improvement and process optimization;
• Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, 5S, Just in Time methodologies.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Using SAP.
