Main activities
- Supply and demand planning, ensuring a balance between market needs and product availability;
- Preparation and updating of short, medium and long-term sales forecasts;
- Monitoring performance against forecasts through demand planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias);
- Production of periodic reports to support Sales and Customer Service on availability and stock-out risks;
- Data analysis using ERP and BI tools to identify trends and support operational decisions;
- Support for supply planning based on forecasts and inventory;
- Definition and optimization of procurement and inventory management policies;
- Service Level Checks
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics to ensure a seamless supply chain.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have:
- Experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain roles in contexts characterized by large assortments and a high number of high-rotation items
- Excellent data analysis and market trend interpretation skills;
- Strongly data-driven mentality, oriented towards data accuracy and quality, accompanied by reliability and the ability to interact transversally with the main internal stakeholders
- Skills in demand planning and inventory management;
- Relationship skills for coordination and interface with all departments of the company
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, or production, preferably in environments with high turnover and management of a large number of product references.
- Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the AWR Inventory Management software
- Familiarity with the logic and procedures of importing from non-European countries (China first and foremost)
- Good knowledge of the English language
