Pre-Sales Engineer – Audio, Video, and Lighting Systems

• Analyze the client's technical and functional requirements;
• Participate in preliminary site inspections and assessments of the environments;
• Provide technical and commercial consultancy for corporate audio, video, and lighting solutions, gathering client needs and sharing them with the Engineering team to design the proposal;
• Prepare technical offers, functional diagrams and supporting documentation;
• Collaborate with the sales team in defining proposals;
• Interface with suppliers and technology partners;
• Present technical solutions to the customer;
• Support the tender and negotiation phases.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or design roles in the audio-video industry;
• Knowledge of AV systems for meeting, conference and videoconferencing environments;
• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in the system integration sector;
• Familiarity with major professional AV brands and platforms;
• Knowledge of control and integration systems;
• Experience in drafting technical offers;
• Ability to work in technical-commercial teams;
• Good customer presentation skills;
• Organizational autonomy;
• Good knowledge of the English language.
