Industrial Hub Director

• Overall management of the Industrial Hub, coordinating the Operations and Supply Chain of all plants within the group;
• Definition and implementation of reorganization, rationalization, and industrial development plans (including greenfield) to support the Group's growth;
• Full responsibility for P&L, operating budget, investments and CAPEX;
• Leading operational efficiency, continuous improvement, industrial excellence & Lean Manufacturing programs;
• Supervision and support of the Industrial Hub teams involved in production optimization projects;
• Constant collaboration with the Business Units and the Group HQ.

Essentials/Must have

• Consolidated experience in Industrial or Plant Management roles in complex, multi-site manufacturing contexts;
• Solid expertise in P&L and functional budget management;
• Proven leadership ability in dynamic, changing organizations characterized by continuous improvement/optimization projects.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Background in highly complex production sectors (automotive, consumer, industrial);
• Experience in industrial reorganization and dimensional growth projects;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement models;
• Ability to interact at multiple levels of the organization and in multi-site contexts of varying sizes;
• Strong focus on Operational Excellence.

The hiring will take place with a remuneration package consisting of a fixed base and a variable component (MBO 20%), capable of valorizing the best candidates.
