• Define, develop and implement a structured procurement strategy for all indirect product categories, ensuring consistency with company objectives and covering purchases directly and indirectly connected to production processes;
• Continuously analyze the effects of purchasing decisions and procurement strategies, with the aim of improving their impact on inventory levels, delivery times, production capacity and supply chain operational continuity;
• Manage and supervise the entire end-to-end procurement process, from the sourcing and supplier scouting phase to negotiation, contracting, performance monitoring and coordination with production activities;
• Support the definition and optimization of inventory management and supply security policies, carefully evaluating their effects on the efficiency and stability of the entire production cycle;
• Identify and develop opportunities for cost reduction, improvement of contractual conditions and rationalization of the supplier base, maintaining an effective balance between the strategic, operational and economic-financial needs of the organization;
• Design and implement a structured supplier performance evaluation system, based on key indicators such as quality, reliability, service level and sustainability;
• Build and consolidate long-term partnership relationships with strategic suppliers, promoting collaboration, transparency and mutual development;
• Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers both nationally and internationally, adopting a data-driven approach based on KPIs related to quality, sustainability and operational efficiency;
• Optimize and improve the use of the SAP system in procurement processes, promoting operational efficiency and the integration of information flows;
• Actively contribute to the strengthening and evolution of internal processes related to procurement, demand planning, Supply Chain and Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP), promoting greater integration and coordination;
• Coordinate and lead resources involved in material procurement, demand planning and production scheduling activities, with the aim of ensuring an efficient, fluid and waste-free value chain;
• Promote and spread a corporate culture oriented towards efficiency, cross-functional collaboration and the use of data as a basis for decision-making.
