Senior Consultant – Organizational Development

• Project implementation, organizational co-design, and change management, with both a strategic impact on governance and management teams and an operational impact on the roles and skills of specific organizational units.
• analysis, review, and design of organizational processes, with particular attention to flow mapping, process-based work, workload analysis, and organizational structure design;
• design and development of job profiles and role design, job evaluation and grading, responsibilities and skills in line with the organizational structure;
• design and development of HR processes throughout the employee journey, with particular attention to remuneration systems and performance management systems;
• designing, managing, and analyzing climate surveys and other internal investigations, translating the results into organizational insights and proposed interventions;
• business development activities.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Economics or related disciplines, Work and Organizational Psychology;
• consolidated experience in the HR field, gained in consultancy firms;
• strong focus on service quality and attention to professional ethics;
• availability to travel, both regionally and nationally.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience designing and delivering initiatives aimed at developing individual and managerial skills, using training, assessment, and coaching tools.

• Direct experience in the HR function of structured companies.

The position is for a permanent contract, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement is that of the commerce sector.
