Deputy Head of Administration, Finance and Control

Ensure the SEAC group (approximately 30 companies) is responsible for the administration, finance and control function, with specific attention to the parent companies and support for the Head of Administration, Finance and Control.

Main activities

Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting/administrative and tax processes, providing support for financial and management control aspects in line with the strategies and operational needs of the various SEAC group companies, also actively participating in the company's internal organizational processes, with the aim of making them more functional and integrated.

By way of example and not exhaustively:

  • accounting/administrative management (for example: active cycle, passive cycle, general accounting, balance sheets, consolidated accounts, internal audit, etc.)
  • the management of tax and related reporting obligations
  • the calculation of taxes and duties
  • the preparation of the financial statements of the group companies and the related tax consolidation
  • comparison with supervisory bodies in general (from the board of auditors/auditors to the Revenue Agency)
  • the improvement of accounting/administrative processes with a view to simplifying and optimising activities
  • Once full autonomy in the role has been acquired, the coordination of 3-5 direct collaborators, assigning activities and verifying the results as well as promoting their technical and professional growth
  • collaboration with other Group entities for change management activities resulting from the introduction of technological innovation tools (AI)

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • degree in economics or equivalent education
  • at least 5 years of work experience gained in administrative management roles
  • experience in closing the financial statements and preparing the consolidated financial statements
  • knowledge of organized business processes
  • have gained significant experience in organisationally complex contexts, in which intense relational activity is expected


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in auditing firms and/or structured professional firms is preferred
  • training/specialization in administration and taxation (master's degree, further specialized training, etc.)
  • experience in the trade and services sector

Compensation Package

  • CCNL: Tertiary, Distribution and Services
  • Classification: 1st level employee category
  • RAL: €60,000 - €65,000 and - in any case - defined on the basis of the skills and seniority of the identified profile
  • Performance Bonus: in the forms possibly provided for in the contract
