Area Manager North Italy - BU Facility Management

• Management of operational coordination figures in the area ;
• Preparation of budgets for individual areas with the Operations Manager and the operational coordination figures for the Area;
• Ensure the economic results and profitability of the contracts and areas;
• Monitoring budget compliance and promoting initiatives to correct any negative deviations;
• Selection, training, motivation and management of personnel ;
• Management of activities related to contract changes ;
• Collaboration with the HR Manager of the Facility BU for the management, development and valorization of the human resources of the branches;
• Commercial management of clients in the relevant geographical area (portfolio monitoring, reporting new clients, debt collection, expanding the range of services provided, setting pricing and margins in coordination with the Sales Manager).

Essentials/Must have

• Experience gained in coordination and service/resource management roles;
• Experience in the integrated services sector, particularly in the Soft Facility sector (civil and industrial cleaning, sanitization, outdoor space management, reception, support, concierge);
• Availability to travel to company offices in the reference area and/or to construction sites/clients in Northern Italy;
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Degree in economics or similar subjects;
• Residence in a central area of Northern Italy;
• Familiarity with the management of contracts and contractual subrogations;
• Economic sensitivity and analytical skills;

• Full-time schedule with flexible entry and exit times;
• Meal vouchers for each day worked;
• 1 day of Smart-Working regulated according to company policies;
• Company car for mixed use.

• Permanent employment with a clerical position and with the Multiservice National Collective Bargaining Agreement;
• Indicative RAL around €45/55,000;
• A performance-related MBO may be envisaged.
