Procurement Specialist

• Scouting, management, and rating of Italian and foreign suppliers;

• Negotiation of contracts and economic conditions, delivery methods and times;

• Issuing and managing orders via ERP and monitoring until delivery;

• Requirements analysis based on sales, production and available stock;

• Warehouse stock control, material rotation, safety stocks and reorder batches;

• Coordination with production and warehouse to ensure continuity and efficiency of the procurement process and supply chain;

• Monitoring KPIs, costs, lead times and supplier service levels;

• Analytical reporting to support strategic decisions;

• Identify critical issues in the supply chain and propose effective solutions to optimize processes and flows.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or equivalent qualification;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial contexts and in Buying, Procurement and/or Supply Chain roles;
• Knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (B2/C1);
• Excellent familiarity with ERP systems and the Office package;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business functions;
• Decision-making autonomy and proactivity in resolving critical issues and operational problems.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in plumbing, electromechanical, or electrical engineering is considered a plus.

Permanent contract

Salary commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.
