Controller

• Design of management planning and control models and tools, defining and maintaining Business Unit-specific accounting and control matrices, based on organizational and business evolution;
• Management, in accordance with the business line, of the budget planning and economic/financial forecasting process, with a detailed logic and KPIs;
• Overseeing the monthly accounting and management closing process, with reference to Revenues, Costs, Investments and related balance sheet items, in compliance with international accounting principles, the Chart of Accounts and company procedures;
• Monitoring and analysis of deviations (towards budget and Year Over Year );
• Identification of areas for optimization and any corrective actions;
• Reporting;
• Contribution to the development of the industrial plan;
• Oversee the reporting process and communicate results to top management and corporate bodies.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience in Management Control , Consolidation & Reporting roles, gained in highly complex and large-scale contexts;
• Solid skills in preparing and maintaining management reporting;
• Knowledge of planning and control models and techniques;
• Strong teamwork skills and positive motivation at work.

• Analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic vision;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Problem solving and effective communication;
• Performance management and monitoring skills (KPI);
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and analysis tools;
• Excellent command of the Office package;
• Degree in Economics or similar qualifications;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.

• Indicative RAL: €55,000 – 65,000 (specific parameters will be evaluated flexibly and commensurate with actual experience).
