Main activities
- Implementation of the people strategy in the plants;
- Management of union relations and employee relations issues (contracts, disputes, disciplinary matters);
- Oversee recruitment, reward, talent, and change management processes;
- HR KPI monitoring and reporting activities.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Degree, preferably in legal disciplines;
- HR experience gained within manufacturing companies, preferably multinational;
- Knowledge of payroll logic, contractual matters, labor regulations, industrial relations , management and organizational development;
- Good knowledge of English and mastery of HR systems;
- Problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with strong mediation skills and a focus on clarity and accuracy of information, at all levels, both internal and external to the company, reliability.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Experience in organizational innovation processes related to the development of new organizational configurations and new production sites;
- Strategic vision combined with operational pragmatism, negotiation skills, and influence.
