IT Manager

• Operational and strategic management of the IT department, coordinating internal resources and external suppliers.
• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security, storage, cloud, backup and disaster recovery systems).
• Cybersecurity oversight and updating IT security policies.
• Coordination of help desk and user support activities.
• IT budget management, including contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Continuous analysis and improvement of business processes through the use of digital tools and integrated information systems.
• Support for digital transformation in production, supply chain, maintenance, and quality.

Essentials/Must have

• Technical degree
• Consolidated experience in IT responsibility roles, preferably developed in structured industrial/manufacturing contexts
• Excellent knowledge of the main ERP systems
• Excellent knowledge of server infrastructures, LAN/WAN networks, Windows/Linux environments, cloud systems (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and integration tools
• Experience in cyber security, data protection, backup systems and DR
• Excellent organizational and complex project management skills.
• Ability to interact with different company levels (production, logistics, administration, management)
• Leadership and ability to manage and motivate technical teams

Preferential/Nice to have

• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
• Knowledge of MES, PLM or factory automation software
