IT Specialist

• ensure the correct daily functioning of the IT systems at the headquarters and the various sales outlets
• manage and maintain the technological infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, servers and cloud systems)
• provide 1st level technical support and coordinate external suppliers and services for the 2nd level
• monitor incidents, anomalies and requests, ensuring response times adequate to operations
• manage hardware and software installations, updates and configurations
• maintain basic IT security (backup, antivirus, access management, business continuity)
• coordinate suppliers of pharmaceutical management software, cash register systems and infrastructure services
• support Management in the evaluation and implementation of new technological solutions
• draft and maintain IT documentation and operating procedures
• collaborate in compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, security, traceability)
• oversee the application software lifecycle, ensuring architecture and security standards
• promote change management and the introduction of innovative tools (e.g. AI) in collaboration with other departments

Essentials/Must have

• Diploma or degree in a technical field (computer science, computer engineering) or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years' experience in IT roles, preferably as an IT Specialist in medium-complexity contexts
• Help desk management and troubleshooting skills on heterogeneous and multi-site systems
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Windows operating systems (client and server)
• Familiarity with workflow management tools (e.g. MS Power Automate)
• autonomy in managing local networks, Internet connections and VPNs
• ability to administer Microsoft 365 environments and Cloud solutions
• basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection

Preferential/Nice to have

• specialized training or master's degree in IT
• knowledge of the Delphi language
• basic skills in Project Management (traditional and Agile)
• experience in migration and organizational review projects
• recognized IT certifications
• experience in the retail sector
• participation in information flow management projects in complex structures
