A well-established technology solutions company with a strong presence in the marine market and internationally recognized products is seeking a Sales Director to lead commercial development and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the commercial strategy to increase turnover and market share;

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers;

  • Coordinate, motivate and support the sales team, ensuring effective teamwork;

  • Establish clear, measurable objectives that are consistent with the company strategy;

  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities;

  • Implement innovative solutions and business initiatives to improve medium- to long-term results.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering;
  • Consolidated experience in responsible sales roles, preferably as Sales Manager or Sales Director in companies manufacturing mechanical/electronic components;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time.
