Main activities
- Workforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities;
- Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators;
- Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts;
- Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures);
- Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions;
- Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics;
- Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning;
- Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders.

Requirements
Must have
- Solid experience in workforce planning, labour cost management and strategic planning, gained in complex organizations or consulting environments;
- Fluent English knowledge;
- Proven and successful experience in People Management;
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Finance / Planning & Control / Strategic Planning;
- Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques;
- Mastery of workforce planning models;
- Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity / What-If analysis;
- Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management;
- Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts;
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
