Account Executive

For a well-established insurance brokerage firm, we are seeking an Account Executive for the non-marine division.

Main activities

  • Strategic management of the corporate client portfolio : direct management of relationships with key clients, ensuring high quality service, relationship continuity, and medium- to long-term development.
  • Complex risk analysis : assessment of insurance needs, development of customized technical solutions, conducting periodic business reviews, and providing advanced consultancy support.

  • Relationships with Insurance Companies : negotiating agreements, managing underwriting relationships, selecting and developing strategic partnerships, coordinating complex placement, listing, and renewal activities.

  • Corporate sales network development and coordination : resource selection, onboarding, and development, KPI definition, coaching, operational support, and method transfer to regional networks.

  • Supervision of customer-facing teams (account, technical, and administrative): coordinating activities, monitoring priorities, and ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Quality control, margins, and compliance : portfolio monitoring, policy and claims analysis, complaints management, management reporting, and oversight of IVASS procedures.

  • Contribution to organizational development : mentoring junior resources, defining operational standards, and supporting the construction of company commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Law;
  • At least 4 years of previous experience gained in brokerage firms/insurance companies.
  • Complete knowledge of Office 365 and MS Teams applications;  
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, knowledge of a second language will be a plus, reliability;
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a dynamic and determined approach to achieving objectives, and have a problem-solving attitude.

Membership in the RUI section B and having carried out professional activities at insurance companies/brokers will constitute preferential qualifications.
