Competition Office Designer

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and managing technical bids in the security, integrated services, and facility management sectors, analyzing tender documentation, developing design solutions, and drafting proposals.

Main activities

  • Analysis of tender notices and specifications , evaluating the technical requirements;
  • Preparation of technical offers (in coordination with the economic-financial functions for the economic part);
  • Design activities to support the solutions presented;
  • Drafting and developing projects for public and private tenders , in coordination with the corporate functions of the Group companies and with the external partners involved;
  • Monitoring compliance with deadlines , requirements and tender documentation;
  • Search for innovative and improved solutions compared to the market and competitors.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Literature or similar qualification;
  • Technical design skills and preparation of tender documents;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Good analysis, synthesis and presentation skills.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience gained in the security services or facility management sector ;
  • ability to perform risk assessment activities;
  • knowledge of security technologies and how they work.

Compensation Package

The candidate will be hired on a permanent contract with a clerical level position.

The gross salary will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience. It ranges between €40,000 and €48,000.

Workplace

Placement expected at HQ in Vicenza or at the Imola office.
