Head of Industrial Relations and Services

• Provide advice and assistance to Members on contractual, social security, and insurance matters.

• Supporting companies in managing and finalizing corporate and territorial negotiations.

• Conduct studies and formulate proposals for the renewal of collective bargaining agreements of interest to the Association.

• Collaborate in the planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at developing the membership base and strengthening the Association's reputation in the area.

• Coordinate the Association's staff, in accordance with the President and Board of Directors' guidelines, to promote the achievement of strategic objectives.

Essentials/Must have

• Diploma/Degree in economics or similar disciplines.

• In-depth knowledge of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Industrial Managers and of at least one of the main collective bargaining agreements in the industrial sector (Metalworkers, Chemicals).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial relations.

• Service and results oriented.

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with the main IT tools (Microsoft Office, video conferencing, etc.).

Preferential/Nice to have

• • Knowledge of the main industrial sectors of Liguria.

  • Previous experience in tax and social security assistance offices (CAF, patronages) is appreciated.

  • Ability to use social networks and artificial intelligence tools professionally.

  Other requirements

  • Availability for travel (mainly daily) within Liguria and nationally.

Permanent contract with salary conditions in line with acquired skills.
