Project Manager Operations - RTW

• Manage, integrate and streamline industrial processes (logistics, production, product quality);
• Manage plant performance data;
• Support the Group's companies in the various stages of transition and implementation of innovations relating to the Operations & Supply Chain area;
• Support the Operations Director of the RTW BU in developing the strategic industrial plan;
• Collaborate with the IT department for the IT integration of the supply chain, through the analysis of internal and external flows;
• Assist industrial engineering in the development of new production methodologies.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in economics or engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of experience gained in similar roles in companies in the fashion/clothing sector or in consultancy with a target client operating in RTW production;
• Ability to manage multiple Operations projects aimed at efficiency and continuous improvement;
• Availability to travel frequently within the country.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of French;
• Passion for the fashion industry, flexibility and goal-oriented;
• Ability to relate to different levels of the organization and work in a team.

Cars for mixed use.

Permanent contract with a salary commensurate with actual skills acquired + MBO and benefits.
