Project Manager Terminal & Landside

• Coordinate, supervise, contribute to the implementation and sign Airport Use Plans (PUA) and Airport Sustainable Development Plans (Pi.Ter);
• Develops Level of Service (LoS) calculations, applying IATA criteria, for different traffic scenarios and different passenger terminal configurations;
• Ensures project management of technical and economic feasibility and executive design, coordination of interventions relating to the passenger terminal, other airport buildings and civil works, airport access/exit road systems, parking systems (ground-level parking, multi-storey car parks), and multimodal integration systems with other transport and mobility means/systems, with particular reference to the specialized sections relating to civil works and structures, architectural works, transport works, and special systems (BHS, security equipment, security gates, check-in, etc.);
• Management of the Airport Development Plan sections pertaining to the airport and parking system, with particular reference to the verification of the intended uses of the areas, passenger flows, and passenger routes in the Land Side areas;
• It provides for the economic calculation of investments and technical expenses relating to the above-mentioned interventions;
• Verification of technical and economic feasibility projects and executive projects submitted by sub-concessionaires and/or State Bodies and/or Airport Operators in terms of technical and regulatory compliance, with signing of the relevant project acceptance and sharing report;
• Supports the Construction Management, the Project Managers, and the Technical Management in preparing Variation documents during the construction process, verifying and analyzing the type and extent of the work planned in the Variation and ensuring their technical approval.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture and registration in the professional register;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, use of computer graphics (BIM, Autodesk), costing software (Primus), software for updating schedules (Primus-K), software for price analysis (Primus-A).
