• Color development and formulation
• Quality control
• Color Correction: Identify the necessary colorants and the appropriate quantities to correct a color, aiming for a harmonious and visually perfect result.
• Works closely with marketing and other departments to develop innovative products and meet market needs
• Maintains and updates color and formula archives, ensuring consistency in production.

Hard Skills/Background:

• Diploma/Degree/ITS
• At least 1/2 years of experience in the role gained in cosmetic companies operating in the beauty and make-up sector and in particular in the lip and face segment
