Production Manager - Apparel

• Coordinate prototyping, sampling, production, and logistics processes , ensuring quality and meeting deadlines;
• Manage the assignment and planning of orders entrusted to external laboratories, supervising production progress and compliance with delivery dates;
• Manage the logistics flow of raw materials and finished products;
• Support cost negotiation with external laboratories in compliance with defined margin targets;
• Analyze processes to improve organization, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs;
• Manage the operating budget , monitoring expenses and collaborating in the analysis of periodic Finance reports;
• Select the resources to include in the structure and support their development and growth;
• Ensure that all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations and the Group's ESG standards;
• Ensure constant coordination with the Group to align management policies and processes.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience in Operations and/or Production areas, gained through coordination roles in clothing manufacturing companies;
• Familiarity with the use of ERP systems and production management software ;
• Proven experience leading Operations improvement projects aimed at creating traceable, efficient, quality- and customer-focused processes.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in implementing production planning and management systems;
• Origin from companies that produce outerwear;
• Transversal skills in relational communication , agile problem solving, proactivity and change management;
• Strong orientation towards results and continuous improvement .
