TERMINAL & LANDSIDE DESIGN SPECIALIST

• Collaboration in the preparation and drafting of projects (at the technical and economic feasibility and executive project levels), including in a BIM environment, relating to company interventions with particular reference to the specialist sections relating to civil works and structures, architectural works, transport works, special and security systems (BHS, security equipment, etc.);
• Verification of functional synergies and interrelationships between commercial and operational areas with development and proposal of possible improvement actions in terms of technical and economic feasibility ;
• Verification and control of structural calculations relating to civil engineering works such as service buildings, business support buildings, etc., as well as access, parking, and road/pedestrian systems, with the development and proposal of possible improvement actions in terms of technical and economic feasibility;
• Economic calculation of the works/interventions being studied and/or planned for new company areas;
• Coordination with the BIM Manager for the correct application of BIM criteria in the above-mentioned designs and feasibility studies;
• Verification of specialist and consultancy project contributions prepared by external suppliers/consultants;
• Verification of technical and economic feasibility projects and executive projects submitted by subcontractors and/or state bodies for technical and regulatory compliance, with signing of the related project acceptance and sharing report.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, use of computer graphics (BIM, Autodesk), costing and price analysis software (Primus) and structural calculation and/or verification software;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Preferably reside in Florence, Pisa, or surrounding areas and be available to work in both locations;
• Registration in the Professional Register.
